Infospace competes in the Internet/consumer space. An area that has underperformed the market advance that we are now targeting for trades. INSP has no debt, 200 million in cash and trades at less then 2xs sales. By contract, Google is trading above 8xs sales. So we believe fair value for INSP to be $20 or greater.
